Information about our luxury villa

Our prices are per week for the villa not per person and include all US taxes and utility bills.

A deposit of £200 is required for your reservation, the full balance is required 10 weeks before your departure.

Any bookings taken less than 10 weeks before departure are subjected to the full rental price.

Due to the high standard of the contents and facilities within the villa an additional security deposit of £100 is payable to cover breakages or damage to the premises and or its contents, telephone bills and cleaning costs other than those normally expected in connection with occupation of the villa. This is payable together with the balance 10 weeks before your departure.

This deposit is returnable, subject to any deductions to cover any of the above after inspection by the management company, normally within two weeks of the vacation of the premises.

If the balance of the amount shown on the booking remains unpaid prior to the departure we reserve the right to cancel the booking and in this event the deposit will be forfeit.

Situated outside of this gated community is a Wal-Mart Supermarket along with restaurants and fast food diners. Not to forget the Shopping Malls (shop till you drop). The Malls are within close proximity.
