The Villa

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa decorated to the very highest standards. It has its own private south facing swimming pool which is equipped with table, chairs and loungers for your enjoyment. The lounge dining area and kitchen are open plan with vaulted ceilings to give a very light and airy feel.

The lounge has two sofas, one which converts into another double bed. It is beautifully furnished and has cable TV, DVD/CD/VCR for your enjoyment.

The dining area has a table with six chairs and patio doors open up onto the pool area. This is a very comfortable place to sit and eat your meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. There is a range, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and much more.

The master bedroom suite has a double bed, cable TV, walk-in wardrobe ensuite bathroom. This is a lovely room at the back of the house, overlooking the pool.

The second bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and plenty of storage space.

The third bedroom is beautifully furnished with twin beds and again a large wardrobe plus plenty of storage space.

There is a further house bathroom.

Our pool is south facing so gets the sun all day, it is screened and overlooks the golf course, therefore is very private.

In the garage there is an automatic washing machine and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

We also provide a cot and highchair if needed. All linens and towels are provided.

Local amenities

We are only 15 minutes from Disney – for you Mickey lovers – and close to all the major Orlando attractions. Outside the gates there are many restaurants and shops including Wal-mart, there is also a Blockbuster store.

Orlando airport is approx 30 minutes away and Sanford only 45 minutes. We are easily reached via the Interstate 4 then highway 27.
